Starting the Day with a Smile
Ashleigh’s day kicks off with a quick stop at the office so Mrs J could say hello to the office team. Many of our lovely clients love popping in to say hello and catch up with the staff they chat to on the phone about their care package. Whether it’s resolving a question or simply sharing a friendly moment, these little visits bring smiles and giggles all around!
Shopping With a Helping Hand
Companionship visits give our clients a chance to do their shopping with a friendly face by their side. For Ashleigh and Mrs. J, it’s a trip to Holland & Barrett for some essentials, followed by a fun bargain hunt in Poundland. Ashleigh makes sure that Mrs. J has everything she needs, all while enjoying some quality time together.
A Well-Deserved Treat
After their shopping trip, Ashleigh and Mrs. J stop off at Diggle’s for a cozy chat and a yummy hot chocolate. A little treat can go a long way in making an ordinary day feel special!.
Sharing Stories & Creating Memories
One of the most special parts of the job for our carers is reminiscing with clients about their younger years and hearing about their adventures. On the way home, Mrs. J shares incredible stories and photos from her cruising holidays—moments that bring back fond memories and spark plenty of laughter. Every visit is an opportunity to share memories, brighten someone’s day, and make a lasting impact, and that’s what makes this job so meaningful.
